Cancellation Policy

At Hair Society, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To best accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service fee, and no call, no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. A credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest.
