Terms & Conditions

The following policies apply to all guests and members of Hair Society Salon. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or enrolling in a membership.

Cancellation Policy

At Hair Society Salon, we understand that life happens and schedules can change.

To best accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% service fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

A credit card on file is required to secure all appointments. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Hair Society Salon membership program ("Membership"), you ("Member" or "Client") acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions established by Hair Society Salon ("Salon," "Company," "we," or "us").

1. Membership Billing & Payment Authorization

Your first membership payment will be processed on the date your Membership enrollment is completed. Recurring payments will automatically be charged on the same calendar date each month using the payment method provided at signup.

All memberships require an initial commitment period of three (3) consecutive paid months ("Initial Membership Period"). Once the Initial Membership Period has ended, your Membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless properly cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

By enrolling, you authorize Hair Society Salon to securely charge your approved payment method, including credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or other accepted forms of payment, for:

  • Monthly membership fees
  • Additional service charges
  • Cancellation or no-show fees
  • Any authorized charges related to your account

This authorization will remain active until your Membership is cancelled, terminated, or otherwise ended under these Terms.

Members are responsible for maintaining current billing information at all times. Hair Society Salon must be notified promptly of any changes to payment details.

2. Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations may be submitted:

  • Through our website at Hair Society Salon
  • In person at Hair Society Salon
  • Through any authorized cancellation method provided by the Salon

To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Membership services and benefits will remain available through the end of the billing period already paid for. No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for unused portions of a Membership term.

3. Automatic Renewal Acknowledgement

By enrolling in a Membership, you understand and agree that:

  • Your Membership automatically renews after the Initial Membership Period unless cancelled.
  • Recurring monthly charges will continue to process automatically using your payment method on file.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel within the required timeframe to prevent future charges.
  • Instructions regarding cancellation procedures have been made available to you prior to enrollment.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

  • One (1) blowout per month (valued at $55)
  • Additional blowouts available at the Member rate of $50 per service
  • Extension blowouts available for an additional $15
  • 10% off styling services
  • 10% off updos
  • 10% off R+Co treatment services
  • 10% off shine treatments
  • 10% off retail products (excluding Artonit Cosmetics)
  • 50% off clip-in extension installations (does not include the purchase of hair)

Unused services may roll over for up to sixty (60) days from the original issue date while the account remains active, current, and in good standing. Any unused services exceeding the sixty (60) day rollover period will expire automatically.

Membership blowouts must be redeemed within the active billing month unless otherwise stated in writing by Hair Society Salon.

Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered Member, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or account credits.

Hair Society Salon reserves the right to update, substitute, limit, or modify benefits, pricing, or program offerings at any time.

5. Appointment & No-Show Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the payment method on file.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("No-Show") may result in:

  • Loss of a service credit
  • Applicable service charges
  • Temporary booking restrictions

All cancellation fees and no-show charges are non-refundable.

6. Termination, Suspension & Failed Payments

Hair Society Salon reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Membership at any time due to:

  • Declined or failed payments
  • Excessive missed appointments
  • Abuse of Membership privileges
  • Violation of salon policies
  • Inappropriate, threatening, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

If a Membership is suspended or terminated:

  • Membership privileges may immediately stop
  • Unused benefits may be forfeited
  • Future Membership eligibility may be denied at the Salon's discretion

Any unpaid balances remain the responsibility of the Member.

Unused services following cancellation may be redeemed for up to ninety (90) days unless otherwise stated by Hair Society Salon.

7. Pricing & Program Changes

Hair Society Salon reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Adjust benefits or service offerings
  • Update salon policies
  • Change or discontinue Membership programs

Reasonable notice will be provided before material changes become effective.

Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hair Society Salon is not responsible for:

  • Appointment availability limitations
  • Stylist scheduling preferences
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside the Salon's control
  • Indirect or incidental damages related to participation in the Membership program

All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

9. Privacy & Client Information

By enrolling in a Membership, you consent to Hair Society Salon maintaining information necessary for business operations, including:

  • Contact information
  • Appointment history
  • Service preferences
  • Purchase history
  • Billing information

Information may be used for customer service, appointment management, marketing communications, operational purposes, and improving the client experience.

10. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between Hair Society Salon and the Member regarding the Membership program and supersede prior verbal or written communications.

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

By enrolling in a Hair Society Salon Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
